Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Schola Exam Builder. Every new account starts with a free 14-day trial, so you can try the Service before you pay.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, of any renewal payment, or of buying an extra pack. No reason is needed. After a refund the plan or pack is closed.

How to ask

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt e-mail or visit paddle.net; you can also write to us at info@scholaeducation.com and we will arrange it with Paddle. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Schools that paid by invoice and bank transfer should write to info@scholaeducation.com; refunds are returned by bank transfer.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Plans & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law.
